Alice Rogers 

Senior Associate Solicitor

Alice qualified in 2015, having completed her training contract at JMW. She has worked with Beth Wilkins, James Brown and Sam Hall for a number of years and has been with Hall Brown since it was founded in 2016. She relocated to the firm’s London office in September 2019.

Alice has experience in a broad range of complex family law disputes. Her work includes dealing with high value financial settlements, often with assets in various jurisdictions, trust disputes or involving an international element. She also has experience of variation proceedings and high-value Schedule 1 proceedings. Alice has drafted and advised clients on a number of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements which she has identified as an area/specialism of interest.

Alice also has a breadth of experience in private children law proceedings and has been heavily involved in court hearings at every level, including contested child arrangements order and internal relocation applications. Alice has written a number of articles including for the North West Law Messenger and Family Law Journal. Alice is a member of Resolution and adopts a firm but non-confrontational approach to her cases.

Alice was recently awarded Gold in Citywealth’s Future Leaders Family Lawyer of the Year – Senior/ Managing Associate.
