Abigail LowtherAssociate Solicitor
Abigail trained at Pannone LLP under Andrew Newbury where she qualified in 2013. She moved to join Hall Brown in 2016 as an Associate Solicitor.
Abigail specialises in dealing with all aspects of family law with a particular interest resolving financial disputes on divorce for high net worth individuals.
Abigail advises clients in relation to divorce, civil partnership dissolution, financial disputes, cohabitation disputes and pre and post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements and injunctive relief. She also advises in relation to arrangements for children and financial provision for children and cases involving serious allegations of domestic abuse.
Abigail deals with matters in a straightforward manner, focusing on achieving the client’s objectives whilst offering support to clients throughout what can be an emotional process. As a member of Resolution, Abigail is committed to dealing with matters in accordance with the Code of Practice and avoiding unnecessary confrontation.
Abigail also sits on the board of the Manchester Young Solicitors Group, a not for profit organisation which provides social, networking and personal and professional development opportunities to its members.
